1. About CircleUp Foundation
CircleUp Foundation (“CircleUp,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a registered Canadian charity based in Ontario, dedicated to improving access to mental-health care and community support for Jewish and Israeli individuals and families across Ontario. Our website provides information about our programs, community initiatives, and opportunities for engagement through donations, volunteering, or professional participation.
2. Purpose of the Website
This Site is intended for informational, educational, and community engagement purposes only. The content on this Site should not be interpreted as medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental-health emergency, please call 911, 988 (Suicide Crisis Helpline), or contact your local emergency services.
CircleUp Foundation provides mental-health programs through licensed clinicians who operate under their respective professional colleges. Clinical care is not delivered through this website.

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you submit information (e.g., through forms, applications, or donations), you represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful.
4. Donations and Payments
All donations made through this Site are voluntary and processed through secure, third-party payment systems that comply with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards). CircleUp Foundation does not store or have access to your full credit card information.
Donations are non-refundable, except in cases of proven technical error. Official donation receipts are issued in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) charitable guidelines.
