Therapy for adults

CircleUp’s adult individuals and group psychotherapy programs provides accessible, high-quality care for individuals seeking support with life’s emotional and psychological challenges. We believe that financial barriers should never prevent someone from receiving help. Through a tiered and subsidized model, CircleUp ensures that adults in need can access individualized care tailored to their needs to find healing and relief.

our approach

We use evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), relational, and dynamic approach. Each client is receiving therapy tailored to their needs by a team of trained and experienced Psychologists, Social Workers, and Psychotherapists registered in Ontario.

All services are available in English and Hebrew, with in-person options in the GTA (Vaughan) and virtual sessions available Ontario-wide.

The outcomes clients may benefit from are reduced anxiety and trauma symptoms, improved coping skills, stronger relationships, better sleep quality, and increased connection to community.

We work collaboratively with clients to achieve your personal mental health goals.

how does it work?

Access to care is determined through a triage process that takes into account both the urgency of clinical needs and each client’s financial situation. Following this process, clients are matched with therapists and programs based on their specific needs and availability. Most services are substantially subsidized, and some are fully covered.
This approach ensures that individuals and families experiencing acute distress or limited means receive timely, equitable access to therapy and assessment services while maintaining fairness and sustainability across all programs.
