Circle Up Foundation provides multilingual, trauma-informed, and culturally grounded services specifically designed for newcomers and immigrants individuals and families in the Greater Toronto Area.

We offer both in-person services in Vaughan and Toronto, as well as virtual programming available Ontario-wide to ensure accessibility for all community members.

therapy for adults

Our individual psychotherapy for adults offers a safe, confidential space to explore emotions, challenges, and life transitions with a licensed, culturally sensitive therapists. Sessions are tailored to each person’s goals and combine evidence-based approaches with a warm, relational style.

Therapy for teens

CircleUp’s teen therapy program offers a safe, understanding environment for adolescents navigating the challenges of growing up, relationships, and identity. Each teen receives personalized, accessible care that supports emotional development and overall well-being.

Therapy for children

Our children’s programs offer culturally grounded, developmentally appropriate support for Israeli and Jewish children in Ontario. We use play-based and creative methods to help children express emotions, build coping skills, and thrive through life’s challenges.

parental guidance

CircleUp’s parental guidance program supports parents navigating their children’s emotional and developmental needs, especially during stress or transition. We help parents build confidence, strengthen relationships, and foster emotional wellbeing through accessible, culturally sensitive guidance.

psycho-educational assessments

Our psychoeducational assessments provide insight into each child’s cognitive, academic, and emotional functioning. Using evidence-based tools, we identify strengths and challenges, then collaborate with families and schools to create practical recommendations that promote success and well-being.
